Apart from the regular washing and conditioning of your hair, many people will also use a range of oils to keep the hair healthy. Not every oil is suitable for your hair and for the type of hair that you have. Just like some oils are considered good in your diet, such as olive oil, so they can also help to keep your hair healthy and nourished. Unfortunately, many of the oils that the hair likes for nourishment are always available, however they can be found from specialist shops and grocers.
An oil called Burdock Oil, if you can find it, is considered one of the best oils for your hair. It helps to stimulate blood flow and many people will use this oil if their hair is thinning. In addition, Basil Oil helps stimulate blow flow as does Fenugreek Oil. Fenugreek Oil helps blood flow predominately to the capillaries which the hair roots are attached to. Many people will use Fenugreek Oil with hair growth as it strengthens not only the hair but also the roots of the hair and ultimately making the hair stronger.
Lavender oil is known to help soothe. You can even purchase lavender candles and lavender aromas which are aimed at providing a soothing atmosphere. It helps to protect the hair as well and many homeopaths will also recommend lemon oil to help treat head lice and dandruff, however it is often recommended for greasy hair only.
It seems nowadays that what we would have only used to help taste our foods are finally seen as helping our bodily nourishment. Olive oil has long been recognized to assist with the general human wellbeing of joints and skin but since the inclusion of many other oils in the marketplace and ultimately into our diet in recipes, human development is one of their many advantages.
